FREE LAUGHS...

I'LL HAVE SECONDS PLEASE...

Today was a longgggggg ass dayyyyy...  worked 12 hours straight without eating breakfast or lunch so what was the first thing I did when I finally got home?  Nuke up some left overs of course...

Start with some pre-breaded Pork Cutlet... I was lucky enough to snag the last one at the market... its that good and cheap

Lately I've been eating out ALOT... pretty much everyday for the last few months so decided to cook a pot of curry to hopefully last a week but it ended up lasting only 2 days = /  Don't know why food just doesn't taste as good anymore... I use to crave Del Taco and other junkie spots but lately I think I'm over it... for now of course lol

Made a bunch of rice also and just stuck it in the freezer for future uses...   Look good huh?

Gotta have the side dish... MmMmmmm....
Gonna hit up the local redbox and grab a movie... watch and knock out.  Gotta alot of work to do over the weekend so time to chillax for the night...

Side Note:  RIP DJ AM ... just found out he passed away ...  can't count the number of hours I watched him spin on youtube ... crazy

SUSHI TIME...

For the last few weeks I've been eating out alot and seem like I've been having 2 dinners in one night... damnn you Happy Hours lol  so on Friday I was having lunch with my friend Leonard and we were thinking of places to eat that night but nothing sounded good.   Leonard being japanese decided to put on the chef's hat and invite me over to his and Annes place for some homemade sushi.  OH yea....

  Leonard made some tempura shrimps to keep us away from the rolls...

 Whipping up the first roll... *drooling at this point*...

 First roll was served and went pretty quick... later on got another call that our friend Yivan was heading down which I haven't seen in a long time...which means more rolls needed to be made... YES!

Shove that shrimp in...

 Also had some Salmon Sashimi prepared... MmmMmm...

 One of my favorites... the spicy tuna roll...

Adding the final touches before its chow down time... we had about 3 full plates of rolls, sashimi and some Udon soup...

Anne's Blackberry is to crazy (middle) but we made sure the BBM's, Tweeting, Emails was off limits for that night... it was time to get our grub on.   After being stuffed to the max, for some reason we decided to go to Sonics drive thru right after to get some drinks which was pretty damn good.
Thanks again to Leonard the sushi chef for the night, for an awesome dinner... screw eating out lol

EURO TRIP

Well not exactly... check out pictures JUNKYTony sent from his recent trip to Europe.  Tony is a Med student out here in S. Cal and few weeks back stopped by to pick up some AJ shirts along with another buddy...
