It's been 2 weeks now and I'm still SICK... got a lot better but still feeling under the weather and can't seem to shake off this cold. But it's been actually a good thing since I've been getting a lot of work done and even had some time to cook up some Mac & Cheese.
Growing up my sister used to cook me her special Mac & Cheese and till this day nothing compares.

And the Final product .. MmMmmmm.. not as good as my sister's but came pretty close...
Can't forget the Tabasco sauce, it's a must with any Mac & Cheese along with a nice cold IBC Cream Soda...
